My Work
Below are a few samples of learning solutions I have created. As most of the items I create for clients are proprietary, these examples are either from my graduate program at Colorado State University or have been scrubbed or altered from their original versions. They are aimed to serve as an example of my design and strategic approach. I'm always happy to discuss my portfolio, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!
In this example you see a sampling of a self-paced instructor led facilitation session I created on the concept of Consciousness Raising Groups (CR) as established by Kathie Sarachild. CR is a learning practice I leverage as it supports critical thinking and exploration for learners in small group settings.

Program Development- Latino/a/e Culture
I designed this workshop to authentically incorporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the work place through education around unintentional mistreatment, a and allyship best practices. Anchoring to the teachings from Harro's Cycle of Socialization and Kendi's How to be an Antiracist, this program both educates employees on these concepts as well as gives applicable actions on how they can apply this knowledge to create more equitable work environments.
Sometimes the best solutions are not the ones we execute, rather the ones support! This recording is a scrubbed example of a needs analysis readout and proposal I provided to a business partner upon completion of an initial consultation & independent research.
